A fundraiser talent show for Truckers Against Trafficking will be held in Denver, CO. on Feb. 19, 2010 to raise money for materials, giveaways and expenses associated with having a booth and presence at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Aug. 26-28.  Chapter 61 Ministries hopes to make this talent show an annual event.

The Great American Trucking Show has provided Truckers Against Trafficking a booth for their 2010 event in Dallas, Aug. 26-28. Be sure and visit us there. Also, stop by the Transport for Christ booth at the Mid-America Trucking Show March 25-27 to pick up information, wallet cards and posters on Truckers Against Trafficking.

The anti-human trafficking organization iEmpathize, www.iempathize.org, has chosen Truckers Against Trafficking as one of its domestic projects for 2010 and will be working with Chapter 61 Ministries to create an 8-10 minute, trucking-industry specific, training video on the issue of human trafficking. We hope to have this completed and ready for viewing and distribution by the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Aug. 26-28.

K.  Paris, Chapter 61 Ministries, will be presenting Truckers Against Trafficking: A Human Trafficking 101 on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, from 11:30-12:15 p.m. at the National Association of Publicly Funded Truck Driving Schools (NAPFTDS) Convention in Las Vegas, NV.
